Hamburg, and the four largest Spanish cities by population: Madrid, Barcelona, ​​Valencia

opportunities than London or New York.
In the case of Germany, the great European economic 
locomotive, the main interest is the new urban and 
real estate developments in the main cities (Berlin, 
Hamburg and Frankfurt), while 2018 will be a good 
year for real estate development in Spain, just as 
in Portugal. In the case of national cities, one 
point in favor is the tourist attraction, economic 
growth and price, which is even more competitive 
than in other large cities in all segments 
(residential, offices, retail ...)
